53 Awajicho／淡路町

Awajicho station is located under the intersection of Yasukuni-dori avenue and Sotobori—dori avenue.  There are many sports equipment stores along Yasukuni-dori avenue around the intersection.  Awajicho station is connected to Ogawamachi station, which is connected to Shin-ochanomizu station.

There are small bars and restaurants on back streets.

Awajicho is close to Kanda station.  There are many bars, restaurants and shops along the shopping and entertainment street stretching to Kanda station.

Asajicho is also close to Otemachi.  Compared to Otemachi where large buildings are developed by the sole land owner, Mitsubishi Estate (background of the photo below), Awajicho is crowded with relatively small office buildings developed individually.
